Alert Detail Enhancement
Efficiency and prompt resolution should always be prioritized while dealing with issues. Hence, we improved the Alert Detail Page to provide comprehensive information on affected devices, organize them by location, and enable Bulk Actions for a better experience.
Packages in Device Policy
Packages are Android APKs that you can distribute and manage with the help of CloudControl. These Packages are now incorporated into the Device Policy, providing a more scalable management solution. Furthermore, we have improved the Packages management functionality on the Device Detail Page, introducing enhanced filtering options, a new drawer for selecting packages for installation, and the ability to uninstall pre-installed bloatware from devices.
Unified Developer Portal
Facilitating developer integration with signageOS is deeply rooted in our DNA. To further support this endeavor, we have introduced a valuable ally: the Unified Developer Portal. This portal serves as a resource, granting developers access to documentation for all signageOS APIs and services.
It’s crucial to note that the Developer Portal is not intended as a replacement for Docs; instead, it functions as a developer-oriented extension, offering additional support and guidance.
