Box Upgrade
- The device CSV export feature has been expanded to encompass crucial device attributes, including brand, OS version, location, tags, and policy.
- A few UI inconsistencies were resolved in various sections of the “Box”. These improvements result in a more coherent user experience, ultimately enhancing usability and user satisfaction across the platform.
API Enhancements
- DeviceV2 has incorporated endpoints and now reports certain features, such as brand and osVersion. This addition provides valuable insights and improves the overall functionality.
- The /v2/device has undergone some enhancements; it now offers advanced filtering options for several features such as locations, alerts, applets, brand, policy, device model, firmware version, OS version, and tags. These improvements provide users with greater control and flexibility when accessing and managing device data.
CoreApps Update
The latest version of signageOS CoreApps is now available for Samsung Tizen, LG WebOS, and BrightSign platforms. This release brings several crucial enhancements, including support for the new generations of display lineups as well as local “frame-accurate” sync playback, improved time management, enhanced file system wipeout, improved telemetry reporting, and offline log reporting. Additionally, the OSD menu has been updated to provide better navigation and responsiveness.
