Bulk Provisioning

By integrating the bulk provisioning feature into your digital signage deployment strategy, you can streamline the process, save time, and reduce the risk of errors, resulting in a more efficient experience. This feature enables you to pre-register devices in advance. Once the devices are connected to the internet and establish a connection with the cloud, they undergo automatic provisioning into your selected organization. This automated process equips the devices with essential identifiers and configuration settings. Additionally, this feature is compatible with major brands, including Samsung, LG, Sony, and Brightsign. This unique capability ensures that users of these brands can leverage the benefits of these innovations. signageOS also offers two user-friendly options for bulk provisioning: Manual entry or Bulk upload. It’s important to note that the Bulk provisioning feature is available on the CloudControl Pro plan or higher.

Deprecation of CoreApps Beta Versions

In light of the release of our new Core Apps (CA), signageOS will deprecate existing beta versions, aligning with our commitment to continuous improvement. The CA release brings significant enhancements and resolves known issues, ensuring an elevated user experience. Starting August 7th, all current beta versions of Core Apps will be deprecated. However, we understand that some users rely on specific functionalities or configurations in beta releases, and we’ll still support installations via our REST API. Nonetheless, we strongly recommend switching to the latest stable version of the Core Apps for optimal performance, security, and access to new features.
