We’ve improved our Support Portal in Box by including the new “Troubleshooting Guide.” This interactive guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you quickly identify and fix common issues. Now, you can resolve problems faster when creating a support ticket. 👍


Enhanced User Management

Discover a more comprehensive overview of your users with Box’s latest enhancements, designed to elevate User Management. Seamlessly filter users by their Organizations, review their SSO configurations, and easily identify users who are no longer part of an Organization hassle-free. 😎


Android CloudControl 2.5.0

This update introduces several enhancements aimed at improving device compatibility, refining the user experience, and ensuring overall system stability.

Notable updates include the addition of a toggle for high-priority privileged launchers, specifically beneficial for non-CMS applications on devices with Android TV. Moreover, this update extends support to include displays from Philips BDL3650Q, Hisense DM66D, and Hisense WF25E.

The API now exposes authHash for 3rd party device identification. Support for Android 11 is added, and native portrait mode is enabled for Hisense BM66AE. Additionally, remotely installed packages will resume automatic startup.
